— MANIFESTO · TEN POSITIONS

What we believe.

Ten positions we run on. Adopted not as rules but as commitments — to clients, to teammates, and to the work itself.

01

Ship the product, not the slide deck.

A working prototype on a phone beats a 50-page deck every Tuesday. We build things that boot before we describe them in words.

02

The senior team is the team.

No bait-and-switch. The people you meet on the first call are the people writing the code, taking the photos, signing off the brand. We grow when work demands it; never to fill a pipeline.

03

Technology should disappear.

The interface — physical, digital, virtual — earns its place by getting out of the way. If a user has to admire the engineering, we did it wrong.

04

Constraints are creative partners.

Class I medical certification. Hospital procurement. A 7-day delivery window. Each constraint sharpens the work. We choose clients whose constraints we respect.

05

One language across hardware, software, brand.

The same studio designs the headset, the application, and the brochure. The product is one object; pretending otherwise leaks intent at every handoff.

06

Clients keep us honest. Products keep us bold.

Client work funds curiosity; our products absorb what curiosity teaches. Neither survives alone.

07

Default to writing it down.

Decisions live in documents the client owns. We don't hold knowledge hostage. Hand-off is a feature.

08

Say no to the right things.

The wrong scope ruins everything else: timeline, quality, the relationship. The first valuable sentence in a project is often a no.

09

Beauty is not optional.

Aesthetic decisions are operational decisions. They affect retention, recall, hiring, sale price. We treat the work like it has to outlive the brief — because the good work does.

10

Made in Portugal, sold to the world.

We're Portuguese on purpose. Small country, long memory, strong design tradition. We export the discipline, not just the code.
