1. Who we are

Amplified Creations - Informática e Gestão, Lda. — independent, fully-remote technology studio with team across Leiria & Lisboa, Portugal. Contact: info@amplifiedcreations.com.

2. Data we collect

• Contact form: name, email, company, role, message, indicative budget, timeline. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (responding to your inquiry) and your consent.
• Journal subscription: email address, the language you signed up in, and the timestamp of your confirmation click. Lawful basis: consent, given by confirming the address (double opt-in). Withdraw it from the link at the foot of any email, or by writing to us — the row is deleted, not flagged.
• Server logs: IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp. Retained 30 days for security.

3. How we use it

To respond to inquiries, deliver contracted work, comply with legal obligations, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors necessary to operate the site and our business. Currently: hosting (OVH, France) and email delivery (Resend — contact form replies and journal subscription confirmations; Resend is incorporated in the United States, but our sending region is Ireland, so the messages themselves are processed in the EU, and Standard Contractual Clauses are in place). Our analytics are first-party: no cookies, no IP stored, nothing sent to a third party. If we add a sub-processor in the future, this section will be updated before any data is sent. All sub-processors are bound by a DPA.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR / Lei n.º 58/2019 you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your data. Contact info@amplifiedcreations.com to exercise any of these. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).

6. Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months unless a contractual relationship begins, in which case retention follows the engagement contract.
