Para builds, fazemos scope em sprints de duas semanas a uma taxa fixa de equipa sénior. Para produtos, passamos a retainer ou revenue-share quando a telemetria aterra. Cotamos ambos antes de assinares qualquer coisa.
Um build focado corre 6–14 semanas do kickoff ao lançamento. Discovery + Define são as primeiras 2–3 semanas; podes parar aí com uma entrega na mão. Não fazemos retainers open-ended sem roadmap.
Os engenheiros e designers séniores que conheces na primeira chamada. Sem hand-off para juniores, sem subcontratação offshore, sem agency-bait-and-switch. Equipa pequena por desenho.
Sim — entregamos para clientes pela UE, Reino Unido, EUA e Golfo. O estúdio é totalmente remoto com equipa entre Leiria & Lisboa; o trabalho acontece onde precisa de acontecer. Async-friendly, demos semanais, on-site quando importa.

Sim. Já herdámos stacks de agências, freelancers e ex-CTOs. Fazemos diligência primeiro (auditoria paga de 1 semana), depois propomos um plano de stabilise-then-ship com handover claro de volta para a tua equipa se quiseres.
Backend: Node, Python, PHP, Go. Frontend: React, Next.js, Vue, Swift/Kotlin nativos. 3D / VR: Unity, Unreal, WebGL, Three.js, Matterport. Escolhemos a stack que encaixa no problema, não a moda do ano.
Podes levar para casa, ou ficar em retainer para telemetria, iteração, conteúdo e aquisição paga. De qualquer forma, recebes source code total, ownership total e documentação total. Sem vendor lock-in.
Somos uma empresa portuguesa sujeita ao GDPR da UE. Todos os dados de clientes ficam em regiões UE, encriptados em trânsito e em repouso. Assinamos DPAs a pedido e fazemos revisões de privacidade antes do lançamento em cada build consumer-facing.
