The Surveyr is a web application from Amplified Creations for creating and managing questionnaires and answers. This application allows you to not only create questionnaires in a very intuitive manner (including the use drag-and-drop) and manage and control the responses to the questionnaire, creating statistics to support enforcement.
This application also allows export of data collected in CSV files to be imported into any statistical software.
The application was developed in HTML5, CSS3 (Compass) and jQuery for frontend and PHP and MongoDB for the backend.
The site is fully responsive.
For now it is a closed site for use of Amplified Creations and some institutions and companies with interests in this area.
